From my butt is correct. The Gods were'nt smiling, they were laughing their arse off!!

Dispatched 100 miles to the middle of nowhere TN. Got there, no pick-up. Called dispatch and they said: OOPS. Offered me $25 for my time. Asked for a paid move and they said they don't do paid moves. Friday afternoon and have to decide how much of my $$ I need to spend to go somewhere? Which is another question, back to Nashville, down to Chattanooga, over to Knoxville or bite the $100 bullett and head to Charlotte where I might get something tomorrow.

Yesterday morning I delivered east of there almost to the Atlantic coast. After delivery, both Murray and myself were scratching our heads where to go. Finally I settled to head towards Raleigh. Not half an hour after I started towards Raleigh I get a text from Murray that said something like: Do you want to go to Indiana? A customer saw your location and called us with this load picking up asap about 30 miles away. Well, 30 seconds later I get the magical 5 letter word. BOOKED!!! Dang, that's 6 letters, but who cares?

Just a case of 'be where they ain't, at the right time'.

Don't miss that ... ThunderBolt ...head to Knoxville ... Nashville not a good area for them ... IMO
