I know some straight truck O/O getting calls/quotes for $1.20 to $1.50 and running those rates. Yeah its bad for everyone.

SKUNKED to start the day. Got a preplan last night, but, when it came over there was no name/address info? Called dispatch and dispatcher was gone. Night team told me to call back in AM. Called back, they gave me info, THEN said I was 90 minutes out and it picked up in 60! Cancelled me

I don't see why everyone hates Florida. Especially the Miami, Tampa & Orlando areas. It takes a bit of patience but I think we're about 90% down there for anyone that was planning on getting a load back out. But, of course, some driver's heads explode if they are convinced the area isn't going to EVER work out.
You know i have Never met your Son .... but i think He seems very smart and i am sure we would get along very well ... don't ya think ...eh ..as my son often tells me....Dad it sux to be you.....LOL Thanks kid!

Well the load we were told to pick up in Birmingham Alabama doesn't exist lol. The people looks at me like I was a crazy person so on QC with dispatcher trying to figure out what to do
I personally don't like Florida...I hate the humidity, hate almost anything to do with it....its personal choice not business....and I've only been with big carriers that will let you sit weeks down there....very little patience in a state where you sweat and they don't like you....parking unfriendly..Nothing south of I-10 for me thank you..I'd drive to Hawaii before Florida...LOL...IMO
