Currently fueling at exit 163 on I-44 in MO. I left my house this morning and stopped in Indy to pick up 9 night stands that I will be delivering to a hotel in Sacramento Monday morning.

I was OOS but they called with a load last night - it was too large - which was just fine with me.

Sitting at home until Monday, enjoying the rare alcoholic refreshment.

I started off the new year with a 975 mile full rate load @ .18 fsc. that picked up 15 miles from my house. Currently sitting at Wally World in Corbin, Ky. Not much room for a van up the street at the Pilot.

Welcome to Corbin, one of my old bailiwicks. There is a nice independent truckstop about 12 miles north in London, KY at exit 41. Also, a Loves T/S farther north near Richmond at exit 95. Being in Richmond puts you in a terrific freight zone.

Sitting in Nh. waiting to pick up a load on Mon. then heading to Maryland. Watching it snow the past 2 days here with no end in sight as of yet.

The snow machine may be off, but someone cranked up the cold air!!!!......brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....it's not Florida....(there's no place like home....there's no place like home...there's no place like home....) see 3 times and I'm still here....LOL

Still at the house,going to go in the garage and fix the broken auger on the snowblower,we are forecasted for another 8 plus inches today/tonight.The back up snowblower's carburator will be in on tues.Put the flatscreen tv and dvd in the van last night,along with the new xm receiver, and changed the oil and everything.It was cold out there!!!! BRRRR!!!!
