Out in Vegas, about to go out on The Strip and celebrate the new year with my new bride and about a million other people. Then back to the casino for some slots, maybe bowling, thats right the place we're staying at has a nice bowling alley in it.

Here at the house watching it snow,having a few too many at the moment,good pizza,celebrating our 1st year anniversary together, along with New Years.I'll probably go back into service on Monday.

I'm at home feeling the pain of either a severely bruised or fractured rib. So popped a couple of pain killers and tried to sleep. Of course woke up early as usual. Got nothing to haul on New years eve. Hoping to do much better in January.

averaged 16.877 mpg
at average price of 2.30 per gal
and spent a ton.

Hope we see fuel prices drop and freight on increase for 2010.

Port Aransas, TX. Parked by the inlet jetty. Ya should'v seen the Blue Moon dancing off the surf and sand last nite. What a sight.

Kim, how did you end up in Wayland? That's a nice new "J" and quiet. Like many other "J's" now, the restaurant is closed at night.

I have all Flying J's downloaded as a POI file on my Garmin. The Wayland "J" shows up as being located over in Quincy, about 50 miles to the south. What's up with that?

At home waiting for the Jan 1 bowl games,especially the daddy of them all,The Rose Bowl,where Ohio State will upset Oregon,or at least I really hope so.
My year finished off with a round trip from east coast to west coast and home.Was home for new years
