I am down 90 pounds in the last 2 years on a low carb, no sugar diet and I occasionally will eat beans. But you are right, green beans, Lima beans would be better. Bet you could make JuJu's soup with Limas?

Lima is in Ohio...

I've always thought beans were a good carb as opposed to something like white bread or potatoes .

Bet you could make JuJu's soup with Limas?

Got me excited for a second. I love lima beans. But at 39g carbs in a cup, would be a very small serving on my strict carb plan 20g or less a day. Oh well, maybe next year
