I've been an owner operated for 15 years ....so don't go there . My wife is not on here .....because she's not OUT here . But she runs my business . Do I think my fellow expediters need to know about our four cats and what we have for dinner every night .....I don't think so ...but if you feel so inclined ...go for it ....but don't call me a newbie .....I've done quite well In my years .You're pretty new here so I'm going to cut you some slack for not knowing I was an expediter since this site was born. Miss the life and I'll probably be around until Ken retires. One of the reasons I've been around is that I don't go out of my way to insult people.. live and let live.. not even sorry if I bore you!

c'mon ....think about it my man ....you got a 70 year old driver who only does out and backs between 200 and 400 miles .....tries to make his own rates ......refuses 80 percent of loads offered ........and constantly complains about not running .....who is the dumb one here ?I have a ? .. I'm not going to comment on every idiotic and unprofessional comment in this thread, I'll just point to these little ditties from the Code of Conduct:

The purpose of this forum is to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and information. Occasionally, there will be conflicts that arise when people voice divergent opinions. Be courteous when disagreeing with others. It is possible to disagree without being insulting.

If you have a personal issue with someone, including what and how they post in the forums, that's what the Conversation feature is for. If you don't care to do that, then you have the ability to click on someone's avatar, then click the Ignore link, and you will never see any posts from that person again. If you don't care to do either of those, and insist on continuing to being rude, discourteous and unprofessional in the forums, we have ways to deal with that, too.
I do want to make special note that jujubeans is a well established and well respected member of this community. She is well established and respected in no small part because she has been here longer than most (including me) and is a very experienced expediter who happens to be retired from the road.
I should also note that Fastman is, well, he's established, anyway.
