I've been working with J D Clark now for about 3 yrs. They did have some problems with their factoring Co. back a few months ago but they took care of it & have always paid me on time & at a fair rate. If you want to work with a good team that will work with you then J D Clark is the place to be. John & his team have always treated me as if we were all on the same team, almost like family. This guy, I don't know & wish him well, but J D Clark is a class act.

"jerry-jones", who is this? Whats your real indentity? How can you be accurate about a payment issue if your not revealing your true identity.

We have recently changed our banking. There was a snag on the 30th and 31st of last month and we had to wait till the President got back in to fix the situation. However, we had wired funds to everyone that was due. Sorry it's been 12 days. Crazy,huh. Call the office, speak to me, and if there truely is a issue I can resolve any issue. Until then, good luck, I pay my bills within 48hrs on avg. for almost 7 years now.

Also, I will provide you with the phone number to the bank I use so you may verify any issues that happened.

Well this ain't my first post, yes there was a glitch with the change around the 30th, I have 1 payday missing, I.talked to payroll today and it being direct deposit tomorrow. This is the first time i've had a problem. In most cases i'm payed within 2 or 3 days of a delivery, this is way ahead of most companys!

hey jerry jones, how 'bout them cowboys?, don't know who you are, but just wanted to let you know that j-hawk has no relation to jd clark other than he runs loads for him. j-hawk is based out tenn and jd is based out of michigan. i understand your ****ed that someone hasn't paid you on time, but i can give some names of the big guys who pay a little later than contracted terms. don't know how long you been doing this, but this is something you better accustomed to. try being down $30k from one of the big guys, then you can start bashing people.

John, I have to defend you even though we are not there no more.

John is an awesome person and we got paid to the end. The only reason why we are not with jdclark was more due to driver issues, and that was our fault for picking them ourself.

Again, this is pretty crapy to go up here to air out bad whatever it is!

End it, yes. Remove it, no - why make it disappear, as if it never happened? Then only those who saw it know who said what, and that gives an advantage to the loudmouths who post things that should be privately settled.

im not getting rid of this i wont end it you people that back john clark thats ok its your right you dont have a problem with him but i do and from what john clark has said so do others maybe the others dont post on here thats fine also but i know that others and i havent got paid john clark and his employees keep giving me the run around ok john is your banking in order its been 2 weeks since the 30th of last month how come my check hasnt came its been 2 weeks since the 30th john said on his post he fixed the problem know what john you keep making phone calls so people can post for you the truth is the truth ill keep posting and let people know step by step whats happening with my money and as of right now your 30 days behind schedule give it time more people will come forward i knopw im not the only one having this problembut in the meantime john you keep having your friends post for you and call me names thats really proffesional I WANT MY MONEYYYYYY
