Business people are independent thinkers, = good, bad, and ugly. We have a tendancy to not know when to fold em. Fold em could also mean a change for the better.

This has been a difficult Winter, extreme cold swings with lots of snow everywhere. Think about what you enjoy and if it pays enough to continue enjoying it. Good Luck.

Here is a third opinion.

Some companies will make sure some run while let others sit. Call it what you will, it happens and it is a problem for all.

Some can not achieve the level that others have achieved regardless how hard they work. Don't ever think that you will get all the qualifications and put into the elite of the company right away. In truth starting at the top is the worst place to start.

Many fail not because they make mistakes or not know the business, but because the company - every company has a 'fit' for each person and it is finding the company that is right for you that truly is the hardest thing to ever do.

Being positive matters, being positive towards the work matters but also knowing what works for one does not work for everyone else.

With all that being said, Greg... Larry and I have had that fight on a regular basis. Laura and I started right off the jump running like thieves. He says it's because our fleet owner has too much pull with the company. When would you say that the fleet owner stuff gets tossed aside and it's time to give the drivers credit where credit is due? IE- 100% acceptance and 100% on-time and an average of 90-95% in-service.

I know that some on here would say that the acceptance rating would make us suckers, but all we've been doing is sucking in the decent check week after week.

Say "yes" and make money. What a concept! Sounds like you got a pretty good grip on things, Critter.
