that wasn't my point.....the point is....
Example: getting say 45$ when the company charged $60 is in no way getting 100%.....:p

The real question is how do we know what they are really charging? My FSC last week was 20%, so was that on what I get paid or what the carrier charged?

I know Bolt drivers are making money...but just think if they got it all ...how much their quality of life could improve...More home time, maybe payoff that van sooner and really get a bump in lifestyle...drive less miles. Overall less stress......

I'd guess 20% of the line haul charge? or 20% of your % of the line haul charge....

I know what your saying....but the simple way ( I ) look at it is...total miles pay and loaded miles pay....So Net in My Wife's pocket....:D
Because Company's put $$$ amount on your Qualcom showing Fuel surcharge full pay.....But is that really the amount charged.....So like I said I just look at MY numbers to determine if I'm doing the load for My predetermined profit off load......TO many people over think things when a person should have their rates set in their head.....IMO....

Sounds like they just need to change companies if they want the positive changes like you shown examples of. Too many drivers waste their time trying to change their companies way of doing business. If they are that unhappy, than look for a different company that better suits their needs. Kinda like a marriage. How many go looking for something better, because they are unsatisfied,to better suit their needs, and than once they found it, they leave the old partner behind.
