Small streams run into a ravine, then the roaring water begins. We just saw another stream begin over refusing to marry a gay couple- over preachers in a Texas town being subpoenaed to turn in their sermons for a governmental review- over a baker refusing to make a special cake for gays. Yep just a few streams to start with and many said it would never happen in America.......
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
