Israel Is Not A Real Partner For Peace

I figured as much that some would have a problem with her real solution.
Her (supposed) "solution" is really only a "solution" for her own ethnic group ... and by excluding those currently incarcerated in the open-air prison known as Gaza, it seeks to accomplish 1. the denial of rights accorded under international law (RoR), 2. and further institutionalization of ethnic cleansing under the rubric of a "solution" ...

The fact that the Jews are having too many babies is a deal breaker I guess for some. A bridge too far.
A rather ironic (and utterly hypocritical) statement - considering the Government of Israel's own considerable focus on that very issue ... in regards to others not of Jewish ethnicity ...

To say nothing of the fact of administering the birth control agent Depo Provera to (black, Ethiopian) Jews (without their knowledge or consent, sometimes accomplished by threat) ... who were apparently the wrong "flavor" (color) of Jewish ethnicity ...

I agree with Ted Cruz. Kerry should resign.
LOL ... good luck with that ...

I'm glad you linked this ... because it provides a perfect illustration of how fanatical Zionists will willingly pervert the truth and mislead in attempting hasbara (propaganda) on behalf of Israel.

The title of the link you provide above makes it appear as though it was John Kerry who said what was quoted: "We need another intifada" ...

So far as I know that has not been reported anywhere.

Further, by continuing the title with the words "to force Israel to surrender its sovereignty" (unquoted in the title) it appears to imply that this a complete thought that Kerry himself expressed - which doesn't appear to be the case at all, based on what has been reported.

Additionally, the two things taken together also don't appear to be a thought that any American official has expressed, based on what has been reported.

Doesn't it really suck when one has to rely on disingenuous subterfuge and being misleading and untruthful to try and prevail politically ... particularly when it's so easily exposed ?

If Glick's one state solution was adapted, there would be no more problems in Gaza. The Palestinians would have their state. They would be living in peace with the Jews, as equal citizens. The terrorists in Gaza would have no more issues left and they would dissipate. The terrorists would all just go away. Right? Right.

Yeah, sure. Like that will ever happen.

These people know one thing and one thing only, that is hatred of the Jews.
That's because they don't have there own state. Now that they have their state, they can live side by side with the Jews and live in perfect harmony. Gaza will flourish by leaps and bounds because all the violence will end. Why will the violence end? Because the terrorist will have lost their cause. No reason to bomb Israel anymore since now Palestinians will be equal citizens. All the money being fettered away on paying terrorists can now go to Gaza. All the financial aid can now go to Gaza citizens. All the misplaced BDS energy and focus can now be directed at making Gaza flourish and become a booming economic area.

Not only Jews. They can't get along with others of their own.

Now if God had just left them in Egypt as slaves, all this Palestinian mess would be gone, right? Egypt could be handling them now like they did in the days of Moses. Wow,,there would be 1000s of pyramids all over the place. I think the Germans tried to kill off the Israelite's once, not many believe that, but there are pictures to show something happened. Gosh darn, I can't help but think we did the same to our friends the Indians, must be a rumor to that one....

Another new piece of info from an interview of Israeli President Shimon Peres done by Israel's Channel 2 and just published/updated in the Jerusalem Post a few hours ago:

Peres: Netanyahu nixed agreement with Palestinians that reached final stages three years ago

By HERB KEINON
LAST UPDATED: 05/06/2014 23:09

President tells Channel 2 that his meetings with Abbas were put on ice by PM at point when an agreement was near; sources in the PM's Office deny claim.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu put the brakes on meetings between President Shimon Peres and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas three years ago just as they were about to reach an agreement, Peres said in an interview broadcast on Tuesday evening.

"We reached understandings on almost all of the points, and needed to do a summary," Peres said, in a Channel 2 interview in which he discussed a series of meetings he held at the time with Abbas.

Peres canceled the last meeting, at Netanyahu’s instructions.

The prime minister had the impression that Quartet envoy Tony Blair would be able to bring a better offer, the president said.

"I didn’t think that way," Peres said. "I did not think that Tony Blair could bring a better offer than the one I brought."

According to Peres, who is in the final months of his presidential term, Abbas was willing to recognize Israel as the Jewish state in return for the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Regarding the refugee issue, Peres said agreement was reached along the lines of the Arab League initiative that the problem would be resolved in an agreed and just manner.

Peres stressed that the meetings he held with Abbas, at a time when there were no negotiations, were held with Netanyahu’s knowledge and consent.

The president, who said he has known Abbas for 30 years, called him a man of "character," a "fighter against terrorism," and a man who is courageous and talks of peace.

Sources in the Prime Minister’s Office denied that Abbas agreed to anything at the time, and that – as is the case now – "all he wanted was to take from Israel without giving anything in return."

The only agreements that Abbas has made were "ones with Hamas," the sources said.

Referring to Abbas’s meeting in Qatar on Monday with Hamas head Khaled Mashaal, the sources said that "anyone who embraces the arch-murderer Mashaal" does not want peace with Israel.

The commenters on the article are pretty frothy and have called Peres all sorts of vile stuff ... although no one has accused him of being a self-hating anti-Semite ... at least not yet.

Not only Jews. They can't get along with others of their own.
... "they" have no monopoly on that ... not "getting along with others of their own" is not an exclusive thing to any ethnicity, nationality, religion, or political persuasion ... as history has shown us time and time again.

Shoot ... this guy was boiled to death in oil at the behest of the Holy See of the Roman Catholic Church ... apparently simply for his beliefs and expressing an opinion:

Pomponio Algerio - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As stated before, it is NOT only about hatred for the Jews, or the US. It is just about hate, nothing more.

Nigeria: Boko Haram threatens to sell kidnap girls
Well, certainly it is about hate for some ... and clearly "Boko Haram" is not a partner for peace.

Of course, these Christians really don't seem to be "partners for peace" either - and I wouldn't characterize in any way their act below as "loving":

Muslim Man Is Beheaded in Central African Republic

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
APRIL 29, 2014

Christian militiamen decapitated a young Muslim man in the capital, Bangui, two days after peacekeepers escorted some of the last remaining Muslims from the city. Central African Republic's conflict intensified in December when Christian militants known as anti-Balaka stormed the capital to overthrow the Muslim rebel government, which stepped down in January. Reprisal attacks on Muslim civilians accused of having collaborated with the rebels, known as Seleka, have continued despite the deployment of French and regional peacekeepers.

I certainly wouldn't say that everyone that "hates" Israelis - simply because they are Israelis, or in some cases are Jewish - is all about the "occupied territories" ...

But at the same time I would note that there are some who would appear to be trying to sell the lie that there is no just cause for legitimate grievances with Israel - on account of both its past and current policies and conduct.

I wish them good luck on selling that - because they will certainly need it.

Some of these folks doing the selling might be Zionists (of whatever religious persuasion ... or no religious persuasion whatsoever ...) ... some them might be right (or even left) wingers who are so invested in a particular worldview, narrative, and political ideology that they are unable to actually look and see what is actually there ...

Some of them are certainly fanatics ...

It's apparently somehow part of human nature - for some at least - that once people have adopted a position or think they "know" the truth of something they become unwilling to look ... and it may be a much less common thing for an individual to actually overcome that and do so.

Recently I had the opportunity to present a conservative Christian acquaintance with some data about what is and has been going on in Israel. This individual was pretty much set in his viewpoint and limited in his knowledge - which was largely informed by his faith and what he does - and doesn't - hear or see via the American MSM ...

He was astounded - and profoundly disturbed ... and concerned.

Being a person of goodwill and deep religious conviction, he managed to make it through the experience without developing a hatred for anyone, on account of their ethnicity, nationality, or their particular faith. And it appears to have caused him to actually want to study the matter further - on his own - so that he is better informed.

No - just for starters, for some it's because they had their homeland stolen from them and they were forcibly displaced out of their homes and property and some of their family and friends were abused, raped, and murdered ... by terrorists ... Lehi/Stern Gang, Irgun, Haganah ...

To deny it is simply delusional ... and puts one directly in the dubious company of folks who are inclined to deny other injustices ...

All the money being fettered away on paying terrorists ...
I believe the word you are looking for is "frittered" ...

Fettered is something else ...

... "these people" ?

... when you use that phraseology are you referring to only those Palestinian extremists who are inclined to violence against Israeli civilians (who are Jewish) ... or to the Palestinian people generally ?
