I tried to update the 465 today. I couldn't get it to stay connected to the computer. My Zumo also needed an update, so I tried it to see if the problem was the puter or the GPS. The Zumo updated with no problem.
So, back to the 465. It finally stayed hooked up to the puter, so I started the update. It seemed to be working, then the puter just shut down. I ended up with GPS showing that it's up to date, but unusable. I'm going to call Garmin Monday, I was just wondering if anyone had seen anything like this.
The last update was in November and there was a glitch that customer support got me through. But it was nothing like this, this seems worse.
