Not over the top in the least. Layout was right on with his comment.

Bill Clinton, no character, no moral fiber, no honesty and zero leadership ability. Only the weak of mind and soul and character could follow a worm like him.

If that's not over the top hyperbole, the thing don't exist.
PS Absolutes rarely exist either, and using them erodes credibility. Using little else eliminates credibility, if credibility is what's wanted.

Ok then he lacked moral fiber,honesty,character,and leadership ability to be a president of the U.S. He cheated on his wife numerous times, acted harassing toward women and abused his position in office for such. He lied about it numerous times too. Not quite the leadership qualities one should have eh?

I've never had much use for people who break their marriage vows, but still feel it's no one else's business, except the couple themselves. When other Presidents did it, no one made an issue of it, eh? Characterizing him as a pig is not even remotely reasonable, IMO.
As far as leadership, I thought he was far more capable than most recent holders of the POTUS title.
Of course, considering the limited choices, an actual pig might could do it too.
