Why do people perpetrate the BIG lie that NLM is cheap?
I've NOT run a cheap NLM yet....for Load 1...but E-1 and other carriers keeps hounding it into your brain that NLM is cheap and there is no money in the load.....you are being brainwashed by rip off carriers whose profit margins are taking too much of YOUR money......
It is your money...you want it now.....
"Stay on the Eastern side of the Mississippi, no Laredo or Florida" When was Florida moved West of the Mississippi?.
After weeks of reading advice on when to move when u sat for 3 days up to 10 days, it appears there are no real answers, but the best advice i got for cvers is to stay on the eastern side of the Mississippi River, no Laredo, no florida. If u must break that rule, leave asap as soon as u r rested. well there it is.

There are no hard and fast rules. It has more to do with your vehicle and who you run for than anything else. Laredo is one of my favorite places to go. I might set a few days but always end up with a great week. The last couple times in Florida I got loads out within 24 hours, one of those times it was a 1/2 mile deadhead. When you go to places that your miles getting out loaded will be greater than average there is no reason in my book to hurry out. Sure you might run every day in the midwest but you might also have less total miles than one trip in and one trip out of either place and also have a few days rest and enjoy the weather.
