I see a new ad from Ceva that is offering 1.05 to 1.10 for teams and stating it is the highest pay in the industry. Is that rate becoming the new norm with some carriers? Also mentions 1.00 to 105 for solos.

It doesn't state that but I'm not sure why someone would even bother? That rate is pathetic. Even more so if it is a local gig.

That is the rate without the FSC. Not sure I would throw that out there.
