You can probably get better coverage than what OOIDA has thru your local Chamber of Commerece just joint maybee $50.00 a year and probably some great contacts as well to help inhance your business (MECHANIC) comes to mind.
OOIDA's is just bare bones coverage with low limits. As for payments plans at a Hospital just think what $200,000.00 in one small Cancer cure could be divided by ten years. And the follow up treatments, it happens everyday in every city accross the U.S.
