Insurance for Newbies (????)

I'm seriously considering entering into this industry. But most insurance companies will not insure someone without experience.
(i.e. TIA, OOIDA). Does anyone have insight on this issue? How did you go about attaining insurance?

If you lease with a carrier - they will get you insurance if you meet their basic req.
