Then, factor in time zone difference. I overheard the conversation this morning. Poor dispatcher, lol. Had a hard time grasping the concept the receiver doesn't start offloading freight before 7 am in their (Pacific) time zone. Yes, it is 9:30 am where you are, dispatcher. It's 6:30 am here. No, they don't care the delivery was scheduled for 8 am Eastern. They go by their time zone. No, it's now only 6:32 am here. I called their security and receiving, that's how I know. It's all detailed in the Qualcomm message that I sent. Oh, you didn't read that message yet...? It was difficult for me not to bust out laughing. Well, we both did when he got off the phone. Zippy over at dispatch never did get it.
