If you could get a load offer ANYWHERE you wanted to this week - where would that destination be and why?

No loads this week, starting next week we will take most any load that pays well, ends up in a good area and where there is NO hurricanes!!

Alaska. It would be the 49th state we drove in and we'd stay a week or more to vacation there.

The next choice, for the same reasons would be Hawaii. It is unlikely but there are rare cases where FedEx has put a straight truck on a plane and flown the load to a non-North America location.

We can always hope.

Been offered Alaska, been offered some place in upper Yukon, been offered some places in the desert, even Mexico ... offer?

I know what you are saying and would not pass on another Alaska trip, maybe another one will come up?

That did it!
On my way next weekend to enjoy some Beignets at Cafe Dumond stroll Bourbon street then over to Central grocery for a Muffelatta and top off the evening at the "Court of Two Sisters" for well one of everything....

Had to take some time off this year to care for my Grandfather and tie up some loose ends but doing well..
