This will be the LAST election under the Constitution of the United States when Obama is reelected. He WILL suspend the Constitution. Every thing is in place.

Ahh, I see. SO..... He chose not to suspend the constitution at any time during his first term and then spent over 1 billion dollars to get re-elected just so he could suspend the constitution in his second term? Wow, now there is some brilliant strategy!
Yep, just as planed. Just remember when he SO lovingly placed his hand on the arm of a Marxist Russian, telling him that he would be more able to do things AFTER he won the election. Love between Marxists is a wonderful thing. He KNEW if he moved TOO soon he could be stopped. It will take a second election to consolidate his power and finish the job. He is a Marxist. Marxists take their time. They KNOW that there are MORE than enough people to fall for their swill until it's too late. Seems they are right.
You seem very sure you know what Obama will do - if you're wrong, [he doesn't suspend the Constitution] will you admit you don't know, and stop telling us what he WILL do?

Just projecting on what Marxists do. Obama is a Marxist in EVERY sense of the word. He has already been using the bureaucracy to bypass the Constitution. He has also been building the size of the bureaucracy, just as the Soviets did. The bureaucracy is the heart of Marxist control. That is the primary reason Obama Care was passed, he needed a large, powerful, bureaucracy to override the Congress. He cannot depend on congress to do his bidding on everything so he is using the bureaucracy, like regulatory agencies, like BAFTE and DOT, EPA etc to force through his ideas with out a vote. He is GOOD at it. He should be, he was well trained.

And just what makes you think the president...any president can just suspend the constitution? He doesn't have that much power and we have this little system of checks and balances to prevent just this sort of thing.

What congress is overseeing the Czars? They have a budget with no oversight. EPA imposes regulations with the force of law, never passed by Congress. There is not been a budget passed since 2008. ALL a bypass of the Constitution. In a year or so Medicare will be controlled by 15 appointed people, appointed by the executive branch and will have total control over that program out side of congress. Any more examples needed? OH YEAH, how about BAFTE banning the importation of 100% of pump and semiauto shotguns because the "have no sporting use" What part of the Constitution allows for that? Not to mention wanting to and likely will impose a ban on "assault weapons" Guess the "shall not be infringed" is no longer in the Constitution either.

You (not you, any you) might want to take the time and educate yourself about the current power of the 1st in command. any commander in chief can, and is bypassing 'checks & balances'. a good place to start your education is on youtube. make a search for "chemtrails','geoengineering supper storm Sandy', 'what in the world are they spraying', & Google scientific terms that comes during those classes if you never herd them before.

The part about Medicare is in the affordable care act. The Czars are a known entity. You can look up the BATFE action on their site or many other sites from groups who fought it. The BATFE action was defunded until Dec 31, 2012. Unless congress eliminates that completely ANY pump or semi auto that has or is capable of a 'pistol grip' installed, which is every one, will be illegal for import. BAFTE is working on a 'rule' to include all US manufactured shot guns that are the same. Obama has stated on several occasions that he will impose a ban on so called 'assault weapons". Not to forget restrictions on magazine capacities.

BAFTE IDK about....but the 15 member panel that congress can override is that your Medicare panel? Congress still has final say. Czars? You mean the term the media has given them...no one is appointed czar of anything. The term has been around almost 100 hundred years now...Bush had them too so have many presidents before Bush or Obama. Though Obama has the most...that I will give you.
