Average is subjective and running a growing business is not about the toys. I actually have less toys than I did before I started my company. My teams that work with me live well, make good money and call me a friend, that is what I think about now. I'm trying to grow my fleet to a point where I need full time office staff so I can help employ friends back home that cant go on the road but need to work for a good honest company. I can't do anything like that by being content with whatever you decide is average.
