Color coded so it stands out very publicly.
When we issue someone an official Warning, on a posting, we have options on dealing with the content of the post itself. One is to automatically delete the post when the Warning is issued, but another is to leave the post alone and add the text of the Warning to the public post itself. So that's what I did.
