One could remove the third brake lamp, do some cutting and install a small 110 volt window air conditioner.

This might sound odd but I like the idea of the ac cut into the back with tall doors on the side. I have seen doors extended on the sides. Have the ac cut into the back, regular loads in the back. Tall loads in the side.

I think I like that.

I'd cut the back of that roof and hinge it so it lifts up for loading, kinda like a tailgate but it opens upwards. Cheaper than new doors.
