Yeah, I believe he meant the "replicator" as well. You just can't expect some one who believes being able to make a gun at home is part of the "Dark Side" to get it all right.

The point of of the article is that there is NOTHING that the government can do to hold back the ability of people do use 3D "printers" or any other new toy, to do as they want.
