Underdog this is something that you need to do on your own,Panther is not going to be able to help you get a copy of your dac report.
Just do a Google search on dac report and quite a few answers will come up on how to obtain this report.
Sometimes you just gotta take the bull by the horns and learn to do this kind of stuff for yourself,because there sure as hell isn't anyone out there looking out for YOUR best interests.
