If it were what it was suppose to do we wouldnt find express centers over staffed,and not by just a few but huge amounts

Remember when teams could flag that they perferred runs over 300 miles. You wouldn't get offered that load unless everyone else that wasn't flagged turn that load down. I would love to write a book about this business but I suck at English and would have to send everything to RichM and DaveKC to proof read it 1st. lol
