How many H/W teams?

Are there any industry stats or estimates on the number of husband/wife teams (or percentage of total teams that are H/W) available? It seems to be prevalent in the expediters, and I see it more and more in conventional mainstream trucking as well.

I seem to recall a news digest entitled teams. Those readers digest sized mags in the stands outside the truck stops. One of them may have a link to the data you seek.
