Well, Slick Willy could NEVER get a Top Secret clearence on his own merits. Neither could Osama Obama. I kinda doubt that Bush II could. Reagan, maybe, Bush I, maybe. Not a very good thing. No character, very sad examples of what is NOT our countries finest. Layoutshooter

Reagan and Bush I both had them.

Bush II/clinton who knows.

I heard one thing that was interesting, the psychological profile they have to go through as a candidate.

Oh, I heard of one senator who can't be on any committee that handles any sensitive material because of his ties to some organization in his past. I don't know how true it is but it may be very true..... you would know why.
