How do I get Hired in NY

I have a Class B with Hazmat and Tanker plus P and S endorsements and about 3 years driving CMVs I have driven 40 ft transit buses ( aka motor coach 2yrs) and 35 ft schools busses. I do not have good credit and do not know if that will hurt me getting in this job.
