Done! I had forgot about the recipe until it gets cold then it is a staple in the truck. Thanks for reminding me.

The sticky thing is gone as it was holding the post at the top of the women's forum which includs some really great recipes.
Here though is a copy of the recipe posted in that thread.
Hot Chocolate Recipe
8 qt box powdered milk
11 oz jar plain coffee mate
1 lb box of powdered sugar
1 lb box chocolate powdered mix (Nestle's Quick)
Mix all ingredients together. Use 1/2 cup of this mixture per coffee cup & fill with VERY hot water. This recipe is at least thirty years old so some of the sizes are a little odd but just get close and all will be good.
