CHRIS DODGE got the sweetheart deal!! CALL in a commitee on FANNIE/FREDDIE and put back confidence into the housing market's!! Just like EVERYTHING you touch obumer-Housing market is DOA!! People who have money are buying these rock bottom houses- WHICH IS GOOD!! BUT--- Is my phone ringing obumer? NOoooo!! I service HIGH END realtors and they are still SLOWWWW!! My sister's own a mortgage Co. and they are doing $$$ on re-fi's!! THESE are REAL INDICATORS!!

I think Dieseldiva made a mistake and posted this definition on the wrong thread, I see it being much more appropriate here. Don't you think? No biggie, we are only human.

Articulate can also mean to bend or pivoit. The Brits call a T/T combo an "Articulated Lorry". See I TOLD you that we DON'T speak "English" in this country!!

Be careful that you don't QUACK UP!!!

We used to!! AT this power plant I worked at- every BIG BOSS MEETING- in the background on the intercom-- quack quack-- the management went ballistic! HEAD COUNT! AND IT SPREAD THRU OUT POWER PLANTS!! QUACK QUACK QUACK
