Let's put it this way Scoobydo, there have always been bullies and there will always be bullies. We had them. The PRIMARY reason is appears to be a bigger problem is that kids are NO longer allowed to "take care of the problem" as kids should. The "bullied" need to learn to knock the crap out of the bully.
Other kids need to stand up for those who are no able to do so themselves.
It is the policies that are the problem. Just keep out the weapons and let nature take it's course.
