Hmmmmm.......My Avatar has been deleted?

Just wondering who, has what authority to change or delete an avatar from this site, and when it was done.
Seems the reach of the Big Black Paw may be longer than we all are aware.

Here's a business hint for those interested.
Playing favorites, or doing favors for others will get you nowhere but broke. In the end the others you helped to flourish will turn their back on you. Watch out for yourself. Get all you can everytime! Know which side of your bread is buttered and where the butter comes from.
Whom this is directed toward will know of what I speak.

To be honest I don't really care as I just visited to change it anyway.

Avatars come and go.

Some times a web service provider will provide them to a web site owner as part of the subscription package, other times the web site owner updates an avatar package as part of the software package update.

At one time, I managed one website with 3000 avatars for members to use but when the server crashed and we went to the backup server, we lost 2900 of them. We never backed them up and everyone complained.
