Truck is finally fixed. Hopefully there is no other damage. They replaced the shift control unit. Had to wait for Eaton to make one and ship it.
The total bill was $1330 and 4 days down time.

Update:
Insurance paid for all repairs and 4 days of downtime. (Minus $100 deductible)
Thanks to CIS insurance for all of there help getting the claim setteled quicikly.
