I had a PAC-Brake installed on my Hino, this week. I went to my local dealer to inquire, they had no idea (of Course) So I called Pac-Brake and asked them to recommend a Non-Hino dealer who can perform the work.
I was steered to guy who knew more about my truck than the average dealer mechanic, and he did a real clean job.
The brake works very well, but it's only been on a few days. When the brake switch is on you can't set the cruise control. Which is different, I could use the cruise in both my KW and Volvo without switching of the retarders.
Anyway I know how some of you like to bag on Hino's so I thought I'dgive you more fodder. I'm still happy with mine
