2345 miles.....

That's funny. That was my break in load also. Hmmmm, like someone wanted us far from the yard

And the 9-19-14 answer is:

DRIVER APPRECIATION WEEK ONE MILLION POINT GIVEAWAY!

You are valued as a driver and your carrier wants you to know it. As a sign of appreciation Load One will be giving away ONE MILLION POINTS for Driver Appreciation Week! This is the biggest reward point giveaway that has ever been done. Load One realizes and appreciates the hard work that their drivers put in each day. They have and will continue to put their fleet first by listening, recognizing, and rewarding.

You will have the chance to be entered into the drawing up to twice a day. This will start at midnight on Sunday, September 14 and will end on Friday, September 19 at 3:00 PM EST. The way for you to gain entries is by logging into your rewards site once a day (only once a day will count). The second way to be entered is to take a 'selfie' by your Load One truck once a day (only once a day will count) and post it to Load One's Facebook. If you do not have Facebook you may email your picture to [email protected] and they will post it for you. On Friday, September 19 at 3:00PM EST there will be five drawings for these prizes:

A 7 night Caribbean Cruise-airfare not included (or the point value of 487,800)

Sony 48 inch LED HDTV (or point value of 201,600)

Sony 40 inch LED HDTV (or point value of 131,800)

Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1 inch (or point value of 106,800)

Garmin 560 LMT Truck Navigator (or point value of 72,000)

In addition to the One Million Point Giveaway, Load One would like to celebrate you all week!

I got bumped since 9am, .......twice.....bored...guess I'll take a shower to kill time...lol...

Was sitting here thinking about things....thinking about the accident, which happened at 4 am, when, out of nowhere, a line from a song by Night Ranger came into my head....."4 in the morning, came without a warning"......how strange....lol....

Was on the phone with OVM earlier, as he was doing a well-paying short load....I still can't stop laughing, as he arrives, he yells, "WTF???? Picket lines? UAW???..." He made it in, and that's the last I heard from the poor guy.....lol....Now we know why it paid so well.....lol....

I have a problem with the selfie part of next week. Ok, call me old, but I still have a flip phone and have no way of getting pics off of it other than sending it in a text. What is one to do? John if you give me your personal # I would be more than happy to send them to you.

I'm so amazed. They need a airway bill number. Wow that has never happened before. How are you going to pay for the skid? If you do not have one to give us, we will charge you. Ok, be right back, I'll go find one. Expediting is my life.
