Come on ken let's turn the million today. I feel like this should be historically remarkable moment 1 million miles.

How many engines, transmissions? That is regardless very impressive.

I saw that flash across the Fox News ticker earlier this afternoon. It read "in other news OVM's sprinter has just turned over one million miles!" Nothing can destroy that beast; not rain, not snow, not deer, not doe. lol

Well, its not like we did a lot of loads for this carrier, but if we did screw up a load for them, I would know it, I spend way too much time chilling in the office waiting for loads......

I don't know how to explain what I think is going on without naming names, but a certain agent used to send us the majority of loads, now they are getting them done with other carriers and they are telling them to block us so that we cant see the loads, because we would know where they came from.

That question is going to be asked here soon.

There are a lot of games that go on behind the scenes. It's kind of like trends. We had some customers who would give us loads all of the time and then they moved on to other carriers. You're the golden carrier for a while and then things can change. Business is finicky at times. Sometime it has a lot to do with rates as opposed to service. It is a shame though that other carriers would just switch you off just because a broker told them to. Hopefully it is just a misunderstanding.

I'll do my best and thankfully swift isn't involved lol

Is there any advice since I starting off my truck driving career in winter?
Drive your own truck......meaning don't feel you must keep up with the pack until you feel real comfortable...Don't feel like you have to "man up" and fear being snickered at better to be a rookie that lives to be a veteran....

there is a big difference between an empty truck and fully loaded.....My first experience of this was going over a bridge.....from 45 to 75 in 3.8 seconds!!! Wowser!! LOL The "push" was incredible....
