Help protest poor service by FedEx competitor

It's not expediting , it's mostly competition for FedEx Ground . I've read numerous complaints about poor delivery service by Amazon.com when using DHL . The forum at Amazon is here . http://tinyurl.com/2qoklw . I recently found a DHL envelope containing a check in the shrubs by my porch . If you check out DHL's website you will see they have gone the route FedEx Ground intends to go . They contract areas to small fleet owners . Drivers are not trained by or employed by DHL . The few people that have e-mailed Amazon.com suggesting using another carrier other than DHL have gotten replies stating that Amazon will continue to use DHL . If you would e-mail Amazon and request others to do the same making comments on their attitude to use a carrier despite ongoing customer complaints they might reconsider after receiving a few thousand e-mails .

Why not protest against FedEx Ground?

"If you check out DHL's website you will see they have gone the route FedEx Ground intends to go . They contract areas to small fleet owners . Drivers are not trained by or employed by DHL ."

If the above statement is true, would it not be easier to stop FedEx Ground before they hook up with small fleet owners than it would be to get DHL to completely change their business model?

Or is this a pro FedEx protest?

If you don't like the service DHL or FedEx Ground provides don't do business with them or any company that uses them.

DHL in Canada has always been small fleet owners and so was Loomis the company they bought out. You can actually BUY or lease a DHL route off an owner!

The main point of my post is Amazon.com continues to use DHL despite hundreds of customer complaints of very poor service . Yes FedEx Ground is going the same route but at least they provide adequate service . I think only a fool would accept the multifleet contracts . This means you have to hire employees and bear the expenses FedEx found unacceptable .

But Nuff, you gotta jump in there and get your feet wet, steada complaining someone is taking the easy way out. The seeking and hiring process IS just the SMALL pain in the a$$ part of "employees".
Try it, you won't like it.
