Alright, update on my accident. Well the police report finally was put online yesterday, adjuster should be coming out Monday morning to tell me if my phone is totaled or not (and it is I'm sure). I have contacted an attorney because my back has been aching non-stop since Saturday, I went and visited a chriopracter and he has ordered MRIs because he feels like I may have slipped a disk in the lower part of my spine and that might be the cause of my back pain. I've also had constant migraines that don't seem to stop unless I pop 2 400mg motrins, doctors believe that i got a concussion becaus of the migraines and how exhausted I've been recently. Wondering when insurance is going to start sending in checks because of how long I might be OOS.

you probably won't see any money till they test you to death to confirm you did not have a pre existing condition...

also take notes and log all your downtime...

Well sorry for the injuries hopefully you didn't slip a disc. Don't try to rush things and get back early.

They will settle on your can first, then start to pressure you on the medical, that's where your attorney steps in, all the calls letters and nonsense will go thru him, oh loss of income they will ask for settlement sheets for like 6 weeks, then try to average it out, don't fall for that crap, pick a number and stick to it
