International mail, when performed by national post offices, is never speedy. Add to that a catastrophe on the other end, and I'm sure that the postal delivery (or any kind of delivery) is going to be less than stellar. Glad they received it.

We just received a package that was shipped to us parcel post. It was supposed to be express, but that express shipment took 14 days to make it halfway around the world..
