Safe to say that truck was a loss.

This video should be used as a real life teaching tool for anyone applying for a Hazmat licence.

After reviewing the video, the driver is not utilizing the hazmat's principle..... pay constant attention! It looks like he just slammed right into the rear of the bus. Other observations, drive too fast, reckless maneuvering, and improper and inadequate loads securement. And lastly, substandard truck(..and substandard driver, for sure)used to hual the cylinders. Glad that was not in the US.
