I wish every dispatcher followed that example! It would make every decision so much quicker & easier! I would also like to know if it's to be bid or if dispatch already has the load (must place the load somewhere). I try to never turn down loads that dispatch must place.

Dispatchers are no different than drivers. They have good days and bad days. Some days they are in an up mood some days grumpy. People are people regardless of their job.

Once a proofreader, always a proofreader: somebody needs to fix the typo on Load 1's 'Customer' page, in case anyone beside us compulsive readers finds it, 'cause it cracks me up, but it's not supposed to be funny, okay?
The blurb about being community stewards and giving back mentions Wreaths Across America, and then refers to it as 'scared' freight. I don't wanna laugh, but I can't help it, it's funny! Except maybe to Tom & Tina Evans, and others who have the honor of hauling it, and know it's as secure as Fort Knox, so how could it possibly be 'scared'?
Maybe a humorous 'Ooops!' disclaimer is in order, where the customers are reassured that all freight [sacred or not] is well secured and not even a little bit afraid. ;)

Seriously.. the changes I've seen since '93... and since '99 here. All the carriers come and go, the changes, the people.. ugh! (where's my Rolaids...)
