I was supposed to go down to my folks' house, about 40 minutes south of me, but thanks to the lake effect snow machine, I got out of that one!

So that was my pleasant surprise! :D

Actually, Ma can cook like no one's business, but she makes leg o' lamb for easter and I'm not much of a fan. Otherwise, I'd be mad I couldn't make it.

But there's always next week.
