If you guys are coming up I59 to chattanooga, get off at the Trenton ga exit and go watch the hang gliding. At the landing field, lots of room for cv and sprinters

We used to do tandem hang-gliding in the flats of Kansas from the back of a pickup. It was a pretty interesting set-up that worked very well and while we could not stay aloft as long since we since 2000' was about as high as we could get we had a lot of fun. Amazing the up drafts that are created from corn fields. I am including a page out of one of my scrapbooks of us hang gliding and Bob with his hang glider. We sold the hang glider when we decided to go trucking. I never did solo I only went tandem and neither of us have been off of a mountain only launched from the back of a pickup.

i use to Para glide for a few years, and still have the glider here.
IT'S FUN !!!.
a friend from Israel sent me this video last week, it's SOooo funny, poor O'l glider had an Egale crushed into him. (no animals hurt in the making of this film...)
