the Hampton Roads bridge tunnel is getting ready to add tunnels to existing road way. they have sign paper work to start building it. so in next few months road work will start and traffic will back up. will take until 2025 to compete. so when they start with all that building I would use. coming in to Norfolk, VA BCH , use 295 to 460 to 58. for leaving same 58, 460,295.
coming east on 64 will start at Settlers Landing. going west on 64 start around 564. one of things I find interesting, they started on 64 in 70's and there still working on it in 2019.
