Hi Were newbie's here. We are going to the workshop Feb.15,07 in Knoxville Tn. Is this a good workshop for newbie's to attend that don't have expediting experience? My concern is working for a o/o that doesn't pay on time. But I want to start out for o/o to learn the business 2 to 3 years before we purchase our own truck.

You will find out there. Congrats on using your time wisely to further your education in this business. That invetstment will hopefully save you from being one more of the Panther Arts on this Forum that you seem to be nervious about. At least you are aware of the risks before hand.

I just would like to say one bad apple does not make it all bad. And in 4 1/2 years in this business 99% of everyone in it is out to help you and there are honest bunch of people.
And I don't know of any fleet owners that are dishonest its mostly one van owner that seems this is a good way to rip people off but they aren't around very long.
