There you have it sports fans, no one complaining about no pay, you cant beat that, no scam complaints, no panty waist cry babies itching over bad checks, no screaming by bossess.

A breath of fresh air, thank the Lord.

Wife and I have been with Ground Flight for 3 months and so far everything is positive to report. They pay what they say. They pay on time weekly. Five trips to Laredo for us in past 6 weeks and got out of there in less than 24 hours (sit for 2 hours once and 8 hours once) in every instance. So far all our runs have been 750 miles or more with most in the 1,200 to 1,600 mile range. Very little dead head but pays 15 cpm starting with first mile. They equipped the van with new window AC and brand new generator without us even asking! We were with the other biggie company for 6 months and nearly starved to death so needless to say we're happy with Eddie, Casey, Hoppie, Paul, Jayne, Amy, Kellie and Charles and all involved with Ground Flight. If this sounds like an endorsement, then it is. Just good folks doing good. Very simple.

Are you saying they only pay 15 cents per mile? That can't be right unless that's just the fsc.

Ground Flight LLC | Your Modern Day Pony Express Great site, tells you all you need to know imho. So anyone got any info on this company?:)

I worked for them briefly in 2011. They are a great company to work for. Paul Moyer is a great owner/dispatcher. All of the loads that I moved for them paid 90 cents to a dollar per mile, they were always respectful to me on the phone, and my pay was always on time and accurate. I'd recommend them to anyone. In my opinion they are a class act. I hope this answers all of your questions.

They are great! They do not bid low to get people moving - they always get their drivers good rates. I was all signed up to go back to work with them this year but I got the blood clot in my leg and had to come off the road. I feel bad for having jerked them around just to find out that I can't drive anymore. They were going to take me back because I was dispatched on a load where I turned a 3 hour delay at the the shipper into a 2 hour early deliver in Laredo. They remembered that! Like I stated earlier they are a great company to work for.

Panther is currently paying me .17/mile deadhead, all miles, but no window AC or generator, so I guess its a wash.

Wife and I drove for them for almost a year. Took us about that long to save money to buy our own. They are friendly guys down there. The pay is not top when we quit in may of this year it was .85 flat rate on cargo vans if you own the van. It was .90 but they moved them better at .85. If you are a owner you won't make it there with them alone. The people that own the company also dispatch. They run retired penske trucks and cargo vans. They give you a generator and a/c in it. They pay .67 a mile on them and you pay for fuel. Cargo vans they pay .51-.52 a mile and you pay for fuel. Pay is low but you move like crazy unless you are an owner. They do allow you to sign on to multi companies. they are good for one or two loads a week if you are an owner. Straight trucks is a flat rate of 1.40 a mile if you own it. We got .30 a mile and they paid for fuel. Though my understanding is its like .93 a mile now and you pay for fuel. Not a bad company they will move you in their own trucks like crazy. Pay is a bit low and if you own you need more than one company to run for.

This is a good company to run with. I have been with them since the first of Jan. 2011. I'm an owner/op of 3 cubevans and this company has been the only one Im signed up with as of yet. Paul knows what he is doing with this company. A straight shooter. The staff are very helpfull. The pay is a bit low, but they look out for there drivers in many ways. Great web site.

I moved three loads for them when I was leased to them back in 2011. They paid me a dollar a mile for at least two of them and then 90 cents per mile for the other one. I wish I would have been able to work with them longer but I just decided to start up my own company. They are good people and they treated me with respect.
