Had a fabulous night out last night. We went to dinner at Palmetto’s On The Bayou in Slidell, Louisiana. Dinner on the deck. The weather was perfect. Beautiful flowering plants and soft lighting, the table overlooked Bayou Bonfouca. The food, Cajun, was wonderful. Outings like this is why I do what I do!

coffee so so BUT the breakfast paninni is a belly full.
busy place at lunch.

Jacks Restaurant at Jacks truckstop in Cullman, Al. Good home cooking at a VERY reasonable price. (btw if you want to find a good place to eat.. ask the fat guy)
