I'd seriously question the veracity of the reporting, seeing as it claims he'd be running against "strong contenders like Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren". Biden is about as much a threat as Trump, and Warren repeatedly says she won't run.

Why not Al Gore? He is probably the most qualified candidate. He has served in both the House and Senate. He was VP for 8 years. He was the subject of at least two Hollywood movies and hangs with rock stars and movie stars. He is an expert on global warming, I mean climate change, uh, ah man made climate change. He won a Nobel Peace Prize and invented the internet. He is also a vegan and contemplating a sex change operation so he can become a lesbian.
