Good Health on the road?

Well look... I'm not going to get into a big discussion with you about whether the way I do it is right or wrong.

Things do happen, never say never.

The box is for freight, it is not living space that can be used when there is no freight onboard. <-- that is my policy.

You can establish your own policy.

Hey Broompilot, do you have any problems getting the truck into the gym's you use on the road? We've thought about joining, but then pictured trying to slip the 40 footer thru the Beemers, Mercedes and rocketing minivans.

We use resistamce bands, (stretch bands) mentioned earlier, you really can do a lot with them! And we bought those grip exercisers, with the pads on the handles. One fits real nicely in the bottom slots of the organizer under the dash in Frtlnrs. I grab it whenever my shoulders start tensing (like when that rocketing minivan cuts in front of me) By rotating your arm laterally you work all kinds of upper body sections.

And an easy calorie burner is we try to park as far away from the door as possible, forcing us to walk the 20-50-whatever yards. Every little bit adds us, and helps!

Great posts! Maybe we can all raise awareness enough that our brokers will get exercise equipment in their buildings.
